A cot can be provided if requested for an additional £15 surcharge. Booking Our apartments can be booked with a deposit of 40% of the booking fee if booked more than 14 weeks before the start of the holiday. If booked less than 14 weeks before the start, then the full booking fee is due at the time of the booking. The final payment if appropriate is due 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. Keys are sent out to guests 2 weeks beforehand. A £20 bond is payable at this time, which is re-credited on the return of the keys after the holiday. We can accept payments by debit or credit cards. There is no additional charge for debit cards, but we charge an addition 2% for credit cards. Guests may get in to either apartment after 2pm on their day of arrival and must depart by 11am on the last day. In the case of late departures, it is possible to book the apartment for an extra night on a pro rata basis, which gives the flexibility and the security of being able to stay up until your flight departs. Click on our Late Deals page for more information. Competitive Pricing We are keen to keep our pricing as competitive as possible. We keep a constant eye on competition in order to offer the best rates to our guests. If you find out apartments cheaper elsewhere or you find other apartments in the same complex with the same number of bedrooms for less money, then we would be interested in this information, in order that we can consider reducing the price of these apartments accordingly.
