Our apartments are situated in two of the more vibrant resorts on the island, Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Both resorts have an abundance of nightlife, bars, restaurants and shops. There are also safe, golden sand beaches ideal for families and couples alike. Ocean Azahara Playa is a one bedroom apartment in Los Cristianos, which has views of the ocean, mountain and pool. It is a short walk to the beach (just 2 minutes) and is also suitable for the disabled, as it has a lift down to street level. Mare Verde is a two bedroom apartment in Torviscas Bajo. This is an exclusive area on the outskirts of Playa de las Americas. It is a popular complex and has several pools, including a toddlers' pool. It is also very near to the beach (just 5 minutes). If you are interested to book either apartment, please feel free to check the availability by clicking either of the links above. We would ask for a 40% deposit if the holiday is more than 8 weeks away, otherwise we ask for the full booking fee at the time of the booking. We accept debit and credit cards, so the apartment can be instantly secured. There is no charge for taking debit card payments, but if you would like to use a credit card, we have to charge a 1.5% margin on top, to cover our high costs from the bank. If you tell us which period you are interested in, we will be happy to send you a booking form. You can then either fill in your details and send that back to us, or if you prefer we can take your details over the phone. We send keys out 2 weeks before the start of your holiday. We will ask for a £20 key bond, which will be returned to you on receipt of the keys after your holiday. If your holiday is booked with less than 2 weeks to go, we can arrange for our caretakers Jim and Carol Briggs to meet you with the keys on arrival. We also make it our policy to leave a generous Welcome Pack in the apartment which includes milk, tea, coffee, beer, red and white wine. If making your own way to the apartment there are plenty of taxis available, which should cost around 20 euros. Please be assured that this is a very easy process. The Canarians in this area of Tenerife put the English to shame - they can all speak very good English! |
